Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and Ecuadorian holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Origin of Shipments

Our products are shipped from Ecuador via DHL and FedEx.

Shipping Terms

Our shipping follows EXW (Ex Works) terms, meaning the buyer is responsible for any customs documents, duties, taxes, and import fees. Marsofia International is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or government authorities.

 

We provide all necessary export documentation required by Ecuadorian authorities, including a commercial invoice and an export certificate. However, additional documentation may be required by the customs authorities in your country. If you are unsure about the import regulations or required documents, please contact us before placing your order, and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Process

Processing Time: Orders are processed in 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Order Confirmation: Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

Assistance with Orders: If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at sales@marsofiainternational.com. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee).

Export Documentation

- Provided Documents: Every shipment includes a commercial invoice and an export certificate issued by Agrocalidad.

 

- Purpose of Documents: The export certificate ensures that our Palo Santo, Vanilla, preserved flowers and leaves products meet all international regulations and quality standards.

 

- Cost: The cost of the export certificate is covered by Marsofia International at no additional charge to the customer.

Worldwide shipments are made via DHL and Fedex.

Our shipping costs differ depending on the volume and destination of the order. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
